My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a blizzard leopard gecko. She is not used to being handled and can be quite temperamental when picked up, so her new home should be well versed in leopard gecko language when a gecko does not want to interact with humans.

Lucy does not come with an enclosure. Proof of a proper set up will be required before she is allowed to go home.

***NOTE*** Please remember that animals are coming back from foster care to the centres for their meet and greets. They will be experiencing a new environment and meeting new people, which means they may not exhibit the same behaviours they did in their foster videos or while in foster care.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
