Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Harvey is an 9 month old male Pointer/Pit bull mix. His foster in Texas says he is friendly with people, great with the resident dogs and respectful of the cats. He is very treat motivated, and is doing well with potty training. He's also learned to sit nicely for his treats!

Foster Update: Harvey is a sweet, well mannered boy who loves a good snack and can’t wait to play with his toys. He’s getting along great with the resident dog and has great play tendencies with all dogs we’ve seen him play with. He’s a little timid when meeting new people but warms up with a little time and some gentle support. Harvey is potty trained and is very well crate trained (he loves to spend time in his crate!). Looking for a home with a securley fenced yard and a canine companion. Harvey will need an experienced large breed owner to help teach him boundries. We are not considering homes with small children at this time.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization.

Animal History: This dog is being transferred from our partner DAAG in Texas and arriving to Seattle area foster care on 1/04/2024. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated.

All potential adopters must complete the adoption application including veterinary and personal references. In addition, a home check may be required. Adoptions will not be approved without an in-person meeting with the adoptable dog and a volunteer or foster from the rescue organization.
