Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Got room in your heart (and your home) for a big ol' sweetheart? Well, Chase the St. Bernard is ready to fill it up! This 2-year-old gentle giant tips the scales at 155lbs, but don't let his size fool you – he's a big softie. Chase's motto? "Slow and steady wins the friendship race." Yep, he's all about taking his time to get to know you, but once he does, you've got a friend for life. We're still getting to know how Chase feels about other animals, but he seems open-minded. Chase also keeps his kennel nice and tidy!
Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
