Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What a cute pup this ‘lil girly is! Meet Kendall, a 2-month old, 15-pound (as of 5/12) Norwegian Elkhound/Cattle Dog mix who has a mesmerizing gaze, golden-colored ears, and the sweetest disposition around!
Kendall has typical puppy energy. She will play play play, and then pass out for a nice long nap. She loves her toys almost as much as she enjoys her belly rubs. She soaks up attention like a sponge and lovvves being held like a baby. She’s been friendly around all the adults she has met so far, and there’s no reason to believe she wouldn’t be the same way around kids, dogs and cats, once exposed to them.
Still too young for leash training, Kendall hasn’t been able to be walked yet, she loves going outside in a sling wrap while being carried around. She definitely enjoys the fresh air, the new aromas, and the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. In terms of potty training, Kendall is fully pad trained and also crate trained. Yay, Kendall!
Bright and eager to please, Kendall understands the command sit and is learning stay and lie down. When she gets too jumpy or excited, she is responsive to redirection and listens attentively. She is really the best of both worlds - a ball of fluff who loves being pet, and a ball of fire who loves being played with!!! And those gorgeous eyes of hers, they’ll get ya every time!

**Puppies are hard work. If you are not ready for a 'new baby' please adopt an adult or senior who need you! In addition, we cannot guarantee the breed, size, temperament or age of a puppy.**

PupStarz Rescue is an animal welfare group committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats in public shelters at high risk of euthanasia, as well as those in danger of abuse. We are committed to rescuing as many animals as possible, saving over 2,600 dogs and cats since 2015.
PupStarz Rescue is a foster-based rescue, relying on fosters to open their homes and lives to our Animals. Animals in our care receive proper medical care, including alteration, vaccinations, and microchipping.
Following a thorough screening, our animals are placed in loving, responsible, committed forever homes. PupStarz Rescue ensures that adoptions are an appropriate match for both the animal and their new family by educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a furry companion into their lives.
We are committed to the welfare of our "Starz" beyond the adoption process. We maintain open communication with our adopters to ensure a smooth transition, and offer additional support such as positive training techniques.
Founded in 2015, PupStarz Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)3, no-kill, animal rescue organization.
