My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ichabod, a handsome 6-year-old male brown tabby and white cat. Ichabod is a loving and affectionate companion. He is often found lounging in cozy spots and observing his surroundings with curiosity. Ichabod enjoys the simple pleasures of life, such as gentle pets and scratches from his human friends. At 6 years old, he has matured into a wise and loyal companion, ready to bring companionship to his new family.

Ichabod has been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated, ensuring he's in excellent health despite his FIV status. FIV is an autoimmune condition of some cats. Our knowledable adoptions staff can fill you in on this, but being FIV positive does not impede his quality of life, and is not communicable to humans.

To meet Ichabod in person, visit the Best Friends New York Soho Lifesaving Center located at 307 West Broadway, New York, NY, near Canal Street. Our center is open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. Come visit us and discover the joy of welcoming this resilient companion into your home.

Please note that we offer same-day adoptions, and no pets can be held.
