Meet Mason! He is very sweet and loving boy once he feels comfortable. Mason came from an abusive/neglectful household who wasn’t socialized enough as a puppy. This has resulted in him being reactive to people he doesn’t know. He has gone through behavioral training and is manageable now but it takes him time to warm up. He will need lots of reassurance as well as keeping up with his training. He absolutely loves our children. On nice days you’ll find him running around with the kids. He’s eager to please and listens really well. He’s such a loving boy who needs an active home but with a more calm atmosphere. His only “flaw” is that he is reactive and will need someone who knows how to handle a reactive dog. We set him up with all the tools to be a great boy for the right person.
