My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Macho Mack! 🐶❤️

Macho Mack has had quite the journey to find health and happiness, and now he's ready to find his forever family! 🏡

Mack's story began when he was found scavenging in a trash can, skinny and with a large growth on his back. 😢 Despite his rough start, he received medical care and was diagnosed with heartworm, but thanks to a wonderful foster home, he gained weight and successfully underwent treatment. 🐾 After his heartworm treatment, Mack faced another challenge—a cancer scare—but he's a fighter and came out strong!

Now healthy and thriving, Macho Mack is seeking a loving family who will cherish him as he deserves. 💕 His foster mom even had his DNA tested, revealing he's 39% German Shepherd, 42% Belgian Malinois, 10% American Pitbull, and 9% Labrador Retriever—quite the mix!

Here's what makes Macho Mack so special:

🐶 He's incredibly sweet and friendly, greeting everyone like they're his best friend.
🐾 Mack loves playing with other dogs and is curious about cats (though his wagging tail can be a bit much for them!).
🐾 Despite being 5 or 6 years old, Mack has the energy and playfulness of a puppy!
🧠 He's super smart and can even open doors and containers (watch out for this clever boy!).
🛋️ Mack's favorite spot is on your lap—he's a professional cuddler who loves to give kisses.
🐾 While he plays enthusiastically, Mack may be too rough for smaller dogs.
🍽️ Mack has a knack for counter surfing, but he listens well when told to get down (though he'll keep trying!).
🏡 He's house trained but had a few accidents post-heartworm treatment.

Mack truly is the sweetest dog ever, and he's ready to bring endless love and joy to his forever home. Could that home be yours? 🌟 Don't miss out on this incredible companion—Macho Mack is waiting to melt into your heart! ❤️🐾 #AdoptMachoMack #RescueDog #ForeverHome

Macho Mack's adoption fee is $225, he is vaccinated, flea & tick treated, neutered, Lyme and heartworm negative, and will be microchipped upon adoption.
