Ollie has been a wonderful family pet for us the last 2 years. He was purchased from a breeder by a friend and he no longer wanted him after just a couple weeks for personal reasons, so we offered to take him in around 12 weeks old. We have taken to him to training school and he gets along great with our other submissive lab. He does NOT like most other dogs, particularly dominant dogs, since he is one. We have a home with kids from ages 8-12 and many kids and adults come over and he has never shown any aggression towards anyone. We did have one incident recently, where my sons friend was being silly and trying to shove his way in the door and my son was telling him not to come in, and Ollie bit the boys pinky defending our son and home. We believe this was an isolated event. He truly has been a great family dog that is playful and energetic, but also much calmer now and LOVES to snuggle. He is also very smart. He has a great disposition and we are devastated to have to rehome him
