October is an extremely playful young cat that loves playing with other cats and dogs. He was born on September 20, 2023. We cannot keep him because we are currently going through some financial difficulties that are requiring us to eliminate or at the very least mitigate our monthly financial obligations. Financially we cannot provide for him in the way he needs or deserves. We are currently located in NE Philadelphia but will deliver if you are located within a reasonable distance.
