Meet Abigail! Gaining a five star rating with her kittens, Abigail gains all the kudos there are. Brought into a rural shelter in labor, having already lost her 1st baby, Abigail bravely persevered and gave birth to three babies in a safe Adopt Me foster home. With such a mothering heart, she had taken in six additional kittens to nurse as a foster. She cares for those she loves with such exceptional courage and determination. This beautiful and rare "dilute(a very rare pattern) calico will bring that lovely spirit to your home.

Our process begins with the submission of our online application, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meet and greets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received.

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is a tax exempt, 501(c)(3), No Kill Rescue focusing on the adoption of homeless pets. We are also host to "PAWS BEHIND BARS" which is a basic obedience prison training program based out of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Oldham County, KY.
