MILO - the ultimate cuddle buddy you've been dreaming of
Whether you're working or watching a movie, he's content with his head in your lap, soaking up all the love. He's also a huge fan of the great outdoors and relishes every chance to go for a leisurely walk or play with his furry pals. Milo's loyalty knows no bounds—he just wants to be by your side, always. Friendly with both dogs and kids, Milo's a social butterfly. While we're not sure about cats, he'd thrive in a home with another playful dog or two. He's fantastic with dogs of all sizes and even takes cues from his furry friends, making him a great companion for a well-behaved buddy at home. With a puppy's energy and a love for chew toys, Milo's always up for a romp in the yard. Stuffing treats or peanut butter into a kong-like ball keeps him entertained for hours. He thrives on mental and physical stimulation, so he needs someone ready to give him plenty of exercise and keep him engaged. However, there are a few quirks to keep in mind. Milo can get spooked by loud vehicles, so extra caution is needed during walks near busy roads. With some leash training and the right gear, he'll become a well-mannered pup who greets everyone with ease.
Please Note:
*Must have a FENCED-IN yard!*
**No children under 12!**

More about this rescue
Somerset Cottage Poodle Rescue, established in 2013, is an all volunteer 501c(3) dog rescue funded by your donations. We rescue companion and senior dogs, at risk for euthanasia, from overcrowded shelters and provide them with the medical attention they need. We also redone dogs for owners who can no longer care for them. We do not have a facility so all of our dogs live in foster homes through out the Northern Virginia area until their adoption day. We are proud that we find them perfectly matched forever homes and families. We rescue and find permanent homes for approximately 250 dogs a year.
