My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goober and Roo! They are bonded blue-point Siamese brothers. They love each other and will be the purrfect pair for a loving, stable family.

Roo is lighter in color. He is a little shy and likes to hang out under cover, keeping an eye on things. Goober is darker in color. He is the protector. He checks in on Roo all the time to make sure all is well in the world.

Both of these boys are lovers! Sweet as could be. And such gentlemen. They are very well behaved and very gentle. No scratching or biting. Just sweetness and love. They are a couple years old and must be adopted together.

Additional adoption info

Clear Creek Cat Rescue rehomes kitties based on 'best fit' approach. We require that adopters sign our adoption contract and a legally binding no-declawing agreement. There is an adoption fee. Most adult cats are $80 except for those who are sponsored or part of a special. Kittens under 8 months are $135. All adults are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens are adopted at 12 weeks of age or older and are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

Dur to pandemic, we are doing virtual adoptions and slowly transitioning to in person. Our cats are available for adoption from their foster homes located all over southcentral Alaska.

More about this rescue

Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a group of individuals in Alaska dedicated to rescuing cats in need, giving them care, rehabilitation if needed, and finding happy homes for them. We each give what we can to help these cats get through this most unfortunate time in their lives when they have been taken to the pound or are otherwise lost and homeless. Some of us share our homes with these cats while they are waiting for their forever family, some transport them from place to place, some host adoption fairs, take pictures, post ads. Some offer financial help.
In 2020, we rescued and rehomed approximately 650 cats.
