What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Waylon! He was recently removed from a neglectful situation and is looking for a loving forever home. We think he's around 7 or 8 years old. He's a little underweight now, but he'll be around 60 pounds once he's back to normal. He's a little nervous in new situations, but is quickly won over by some chin and neck scratches. He's extremely sweet and wants nothing more than for someone to show him a little love. And feed him - he gets very excited about meal time!
Waylon is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations, as well as negative for heartworms and tick diseases. Other than being a bit shy at first, he's very good with people and has done really well with cats and other dogs. He doesn't play much with other pets, but hasn't minded being with them or even sharing a bed with his foster siblings.
He's a shy but super sweet boy just looking for some love!
