Meet Phill, a loveable boy with a big smile!
Phill is always cheerful, well-behaved, and enjoys being with people. He is gentle, intelligent, moderately active, and a perfect medium size. He gets along well with other dogs but can be selective with male dogs.
Phill walks nicely on a leash and on recall and loves to explore outside. He would be a terrific walking/hiking companion. Phill is a good listener, sensitive to people's moods, and eager to please.
Phill is very loved in the shelter but he really wants to have a family to call his own. If you think you can offer Phill a loving home, please complete our application, and we'll be in touch.

Note: Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster to adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.

Additional adoption info
Sochi Dogs is a non-profit animal rescue that works closely with adopters to help them find the perfect addition to their families. All of our dogs are vetted, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
Dog ownership is a long-term commitment so we take our adopters’ needs very seriously. We work on a foster to adopt basis, which allows adopters to get to know their new dog in a relaxed family setting.
For us, the most important things are finding the right family for the right dog. As long as it’s a good match we’re happy to adopt a dog out of state. Our dogs have found homes in 16 states and 5 provinces!
Fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website (http://www.sochidogs.org/adoption-inquiry/) and one of our volunteers will give you a call to help match you with your perfect k-9 companion!
We look forward to getting to know you!
