Yen is a very sweet little girl who is one of the most outgoing kittens of her litter! She was rescued from an abandoned house along with her siblings and some other adult cats. Despite all of this, she has a good attitude about life and tends to be optimistic when getting to know new people. Yen has warmed up pretty quickly and has become very friendly while in our care! Yen has a very unique coat that reminds us of a wild rabbit's coat or maybe she looks a little like an Abyssinian! Once she gets to know you, Yen doesn't mind being picked up and held! Like most young kittens, she does tend to be active and playful... she is great with other cats and kittens! It would be in her best interest to be adopted to a home with another feline companion or be adopted out with another kitten so that he has a playmate to keep her company! Perhaps you would like to adopt 2 kittens?! (Ask about our 2 for the price of 1 deal!) Yen was introduced to a large, cat-friendly dog while in our care and was scared at first but most kittens do fine with cat-friendly dogs once they've had an appropriate amount of time to adjust to them. Yen will have been spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV/HW tested negative, and microchipped at her time of adoption! She is expected to be ready for adoption on May 21tst! We are a small, nonprofit 501c3 rescue that has the goal to home and re-home at-risk cats as well as provide TNR and Spay and Neuter Assistance to individuals who can’t afford it. We work with other animal rescue groups to prevent cruelty and neglect to animals and to assure lifetime safe and secure homes to at-risk animals, primarily cats.
