My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna was rescued from an abandoned house on April 8th, 2024... just hours after the eclipse had occurred. Her beautiful black fur is as dark and deep as the night sky, and even though she is shy at first, she is very quick to roll on her back for love and pets which is why we scooped her up first among many others when we did! Did you know that black cats are statistically less likely to be adopted through no fault of their own!?
Luna is still a young cat and is actually a not-quite-fully-grown teenage kitten! She has a lot of potential to make a very sweet little pet but would appreciate a calm home after all that she has recently been through. Luna is EXCELLENT with other cats and kittens and it would be in her best interest to go to a home where she will have another feline companion or be adopted out with another cat or kitten as she loves their company so much! Perhaps you would like to adopt 2 kittens?! (Ask about our 2 for the price of 1 deal!) Luna would appreciate an adopter who is willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace and who will be patient with her. Luna tends to be a submissive cat who can be a little shy at first but it is certainly worth getting to know her as she can also be extremely sweet!
Luna has been dog tested with a cat-friendly German Shepherd dog and she did fine but did tend to hunker down. Luna would most likely be fine in a home with a dog although would probably prefer calmer dogs over hyper ones and would of course need an appropriate amount of time to adjust. Luna has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV/HW tested negative, and microchipped! She will be ready for adoption on May 21tst! Will you give this sweet girl a chance?!?! Interested adopters can submit an application by contacting HobosHome2020@yahoo.com or by sending us a message and we will send you the necessary form!
