Please welcome Thor to our rescue! Thor is a 4 year old husky / Eskimo mix and he sadly lost his home due to his family moving to a place where they don’t allow dogs. Thor definitely has the small dog personality, and he wants to play all day long. He has never lived with other dogs so we are working on teaching him the pack dynamic. We are definitely working on teaching him manners, basic commands, and boundaries with other dogs ! With people, he is an absolute lover. He loves to cuddle up next to you and he used to live with small children! He wants to get all of the attention and love in the home. Thor is cat friendly and we think he would do amazing as an only dog! He is potty trained and non-destructive! He is really tiny in size at only 28lbs but he has a super mighty personality!

We have a thorough vetting process to qualify potential adopters. Checking the vet reference is the most critical. If the check is good the adopter is invited to meet our beautiful dogs at the GTS Husky ranch.

We are a 501c3 public charity. We specialize in Arctic breed dogs such as Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes.
We also do all we can to help other breeds when we have space available. We save dogs from kill shelters, get them back to good health and then re-home them to great families.
