Dobby is a 9-year-old chihuahua. This tiny boy weighs 5 pounds. His owner passed away and he is looking for a lap of his own. Dobby is a shy boy and will require liver supplements for the remainder of his life. For this reason, applicants must have a vet reference with a history of consistent vaccinations and medical care to adopt. No children in the home under the age of 16.
