Hello, future best friend! My name is Joeun, and I'm a 5-year-old terrier mix with a sleek black and white coat. I'm a petite girl, tipping the scales at 8 kg. My journey began when I was rescued from a shelter, just moments before it was too late. Since then, I've been living in a loving foster home, learning all about the joys of life.

## A Little About Me 🌟
I may start off a bit reserved, but give me a little time (and maybe a treat or two), and I'll show you my affectionate side. I'm especially good with kids under 13, and I love to show my belly once we're friends. I've also shared my home with a cat for 3 years, and we made quite the team.

## My Social Life 🐕‍🦺🐈
While I'm polite and curious about other dogs, I prefer the company of humans and felines. I'm not much for rough play; I'd rather spend my time lounging or enjoying a peaceful walk.

I'm an expert at leisurely strolls and following my human companions without pulling on the leash. I'm comfortable with car rides and know just how to settle down for a nap in my kennel.

Most of our dogs are currently in Korea. After we give approvals, we arrange the flight schedule for rescued dogs. Some of our rescued dogs are being fostered in GTA. Please check their locations on profiles.

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
