Sweet Tea is as sweet as they come and absolutely lives up to her namesake. With one less leg and a new lease on life, she is ready to find her family!
Sweet Tea ADORES to be pet and loved on, and favors belly rubs above all else. When she’s extra excited and snuggly, she even suckles on her back foot! She’ll hop onto your lap for added warmth and pets but is still learning what it’s like to be held (and hasn’t decided if it’s safe yet or not). It doesn’t take much to win over this girls heart though, a comfy bed, a churu and a full body scratch will hook her right in!
She would do well in a quieter home with a family who will give her all the time she needs to adjust to her space and new routine. Sweet Tea has shown lots of interest to her friendly foster kitty brothers and sisters and coexists with her foster pup sister perfectly, but a rambunctious puppy might be a lot for her! Sweet Tea is made for a family- but just needs one to give her the time to get comfortable!

Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

Our adoption fees:
Kittens (under 6 months): $150 (or 2 for $225)
Adults (6 months to 7 years): $75 (or 2 for $100)
Seniors (8 years and up): $40 (or 2 for $60)
All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.
