A Little Bit About Me

Sir Reginald is a dapper adult kitty that's looking for his second chance! He is a loveable, friendly guy once he's comfortable. He will be shy at first and can be sensitive about his surroundings. He would prefer to be a solo cat in a quieter home, but possibly he would be okay with other respectful pets that are on the mellow side. He would love to bond with his new humans and start fresh

More about this rescue

We are a group of people dedicated to rescuing dogs from crisis situations, some of which include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of abuse, or "free to a good home" ads, which result in dogs being bounced from one home to another, or being acquired by animal brokers ("bunchers") and sold to research laboratories where they are used for testing then discarded ("cruelty industries").

NBCR&P works primarily with 5 herding breeds, and herding breed mixes. On occasion, NBCR&P also rescues and places other breeds. We foster our dogs in a home environment, rather than a kennel, if at all possible. We take pride in our promise that at any time and for any reason in the dog's life, if the need arises, he or she has a safe place with us ("return to rescue" policy).
