What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Pollux is a Mini Aussie aka American shepherd Dog (not listed on the drop down menu for breed). He's approx. 35lbs. He is about knee high. He's a good boy. I can not care for him properly as I had a stroke shortly after purchasing him. I have been unable to give him the training/attention he deserves and requires. He is confident, calm (for a working class dog), intelligent, stubborn, and not an excessive barker. Pollux will do great either with a family or just as a companion for someone. I do not know how he is with other dogs, he has no real experience with them. He is a chewer and likes to remove the stuffing from his beds. He is crate trained, his crate, toys, and bed are included. He lives with elderly cats (he'll chase them but has never hurt them or shown any aggression towards them), and children. He's still young, just over a year, and sometimes still jumps when excited so small children may be unintentionally knocked down or scratched. Feel free to ask any questions.
