Howdy! My name is Joey and I'm a handsome 2yr old male German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville, Tennessee and am available for transport to my forever home!
I had a pretty bad start to life. My previous owners didn't treat me well at all, I don't know why they treated me badly, I'm such a sweet boy with so much love to give. Thankfully I'm in the care of the best foster home, all this is missing is you adopting me!
I would really like to have a friendly pupper in the home that adopts me. One that will help me be confident, play with me, and that I can be best friends with. It takes me a little bit of time to warm up, I think because of my past experiences, but once I do warm up, I'm SUPER affectionate!
I'm a good listener and very eager to please. I will excel at obedience training, will you paw-promise to train me? It will help us bond and prove I'm the smartest boy around!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
-Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our wonderful dogs!
