My name is Lucy!

Lucy is a 2 year old Shepherd mix.  She is very sweet but a little shy with strangers. Lucy is a beautiful girl who is looking for a real chance at furever! She has previously been in a home with children and other dogs, but a meet-n-greet is always suggested. Lucy was surrendered with her housemate, Queen, who has already found her loving home! They were surrendered due to the fact that the owner was unable to keep them in her yard; so Lucy would do best with a fenced in yard and supervised outdoor time. 

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
