Meet Honey Bun, a beautiful 2 year old female Shih tzu mix! Honey Bun is the loving mama of the Bakery Litter pups (Biscotti, Macaron, Eclair, and Cannoli), who were born on 3/18. The pups are almost old enough to find their furever homes, and Mama Honey Bun will be available for adoption shortly after! We are accepting applications on her now.

Honey Bun weighs about 13 lbs and is a little ball of love! She is a very sweet, friendly girl. Her foster mom describes her as "the sweetest thing ever and the best mom" and "the happiest dog on earth"!

Honey Bun is good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. She is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. This girl deserves the best home. Could it be you?! Apply to meet Honey Bun today!

Submit Application

Apply for the dog you are interested in. Or fill out a general application describing what you are looking for in a dog

2.
Home Check

After processing you application, you will be contacted to schedule a virtual home visit.

3.
Approve Application

After your application is processed and your home visit is done, we will let you know if you are approved to adopt!

4.
Meet the Pet

Once you are approved a meeting will be set up for you to meet with the dog you are interested in.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

The last step is finalizing the adoption! Sign their contract, pay the adoption fee, and take your furry friend home!

We match our dogs to the best applicant for each dog! We process applications, preform a home visit, either in person or a video call. We have a discussion with you about what you're looking for in a dog, and we work with our applicants to find the dog that will best fit their home and lifestyle. We want to ensure both our rescue dogs, and adopters are set up for success and are happy!

Paws Rescue League Inc. Rescues the dogs that need saving. We believe ALL dogs deserve love, happiness, and a family. We don't just take in the puppies, or the young fully vetted dogs who are quick to adopt. We take dogs of all ages, all sizes, all breeds and we do our best to find the best family that matches their needs. We work with our adopters to make sure they are supported, and the process is as stress free as possible. We are a 501(c)(3) non profit rescue, that is run by volunteers.
