My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Available for Pre-adoption!
Yamila is beautiful and has an adorable personality.  She enjoys playing by herself or with her friends, is loving, gentle by nature, obedient and loves to cuddle.  Yamila is currently being treated for Ehrlichia (Tick Fever not contagious to humans or other animals).  Treatment is 28 days of Doxycycline which will be provided & paid for  by GTDR to go home with.  Treatment ends May 20th and nothing further is needed.  Yamila has had 2 vet visits, is spayed, fully vaccinated x 4 DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, 4 DX test & 2 negative fecal tests. She is used to sleeping in a kennel at night, is working on Potty training & barks a few times to alert, great with kids, cats, horses and all dogs. Private message if interested!!

More about this rescue

We save one life at a time and believe all lives matter. We make it a point to save the un adoptable, the fear dogs, the not so perfect and especially love rehabilitating the dogs who've been neglected and abused. All of our dogs are checked by a vet, spayed/neutered, UTD on all shots, crate trained, piddle pad or house broken as well as leashed trained. We continue to follow up after adoption.
