Why I need a new home

Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Frank is a very bright and curious cat. He plays versions of soccer and hide and seek. I adopted him from SPCA in February. The notice on cage said “ doesn’t like other cats. “ I have cats living on each side. With the cat next door—a large male—I see them just viewing each other from their perches on the fence
There are 4 cats that live behind me. Frank chased the male down the street. He bothers the female cats. They want nothing to do with him. So my biggest problem is that I need to arrange times Frank can be outside with that neighbor so Frank doesn’t bother those cats. I have a cat door and my other cats have been able to come and go. And Frank needs to be outdoors and he loves checking on what I am doing in the yard and chasing around the yard. He is not a suitable cats for very young children as he likes to chase and jump around. I am not at home enough and he gets bored and chews up newspaper
He’s the first cat I have had that prefers to have his head and face scratched.
