My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Nutmeg! She was surrendered to the shelter on 5/1. Her previous owner decided she needed to downsize because Nutmeg's mom keeps having litters. It seems as though someone needs a lesson in how animal reproduction works and how to prevent unwanted litters. The volunteers describe Nutmeg as friendly, super cute, and playful. She has been quiet in her kennel since her arrival and she knows how to sit nicely when asked. Puppies are sure cute, but they're also a lot of work. Please make sure you have the time, energy, and patience for the addition of a puppy in your life before you commit.

Nutmeg is 8 months old, and she weighs 36 lbs. She will most likely be a medium-sized dog when she is fully grown. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Nutmeg is waiting in run 330; her ID # is 657286.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
