Okay, so clearly William is fabulous. I mean look at him! He's a 5ish year old shaded silver Persian prince waiting to be king! But there's a catch. It is going to take a super special person to adopt William. Ya see, this boy was rescued from a local shelter where he had been brought in as a stray. Clearly, he had only VERY recently been shaved down to the skin (it's growing back out and will be spectacular before you know it). Many efforts were made to find his family, but alas they were not successful. In fact, we wonder if the people who surrendered him to a local shelter might not have been his people just pretending he was a found stray, but I digress.

The reason it is going to take the perfect person for him is because communication is not his forte. He can get worked up pretty easily and express himself using his mouth (and not for words). Once he relaxes and feels safe and calm, he is a wonderful boy, but it is going to take a little patience. We have seen him come around beautifully first hand. So, it is going to take a patient cat savvy person to win the lottery that is having William in their family. This also means that families with young children are not going to be an option for him. We begin with an application process and interview. We discuss the adoption process, FLUFF policies, and adoption fees. We are a foster based rescue in the Middle Tennessee area. We will then happily arrange meetings with our adoptable animals for any approved adopters.

F.L.U.F.F. is a foster-based animal rescue organization located in Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas. We primarily rescue orphaned kittens that are too young and need too much care to be in shelters or on the streets. Our adoptable animals typically come from local shelters and other organizations that need our assistance. We do also help cats, puppies, dogs, rabbits, chinchillas, etc when we can. Our philosophy is if we can help we will.
