My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Glenwood, MN

This is Cassandra and she is simply wonderful. Cass has spent the majority of her life as a breeding mama but now it's time for live as a beloved pet being babied. Due to her life up until now, Cass is still learning exactly how to "dog" and has some quirks. She is timid when initially meeting new people and loud noises and fast movements have her scampering for safety. She's still getting the hang of stairs but crates like a dream and has been fine left out too. I'd say she's about 95% potty trained and her biggest hurdle is that there are stairs to get into my yard.

Cass lives with dogs and a cat currently and does great with both! She loves the idea of fetch but doesn't quite understand it in practice. She likes to run around outside and gives the best lean in snuggles and sweet, gentle kisses. She hasn't met kids while with me but I would assume that she'd be fine with them as long as they weren't too rowdy.

Cass is a goldendoodle with fur that leans more golden retriever than poodle so she does shed. All in all, Cassandra is a wonderful dog and her forever home is incredibly lucky.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
