My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dash, an 8-month-old male dog who is sure to capture your heart with his sweet and submissive nature. Dash is expected to grow to over 60 lbs, making him a big boy with an even bigger heart. While he may be shy, he has great potential. Dash absolutely adores attention, although he is afraid to ask for it and will crawl his way into your heart. His love for treats and food knows no bounds, making training sessions a breeze with the right incentives. Dash would thrive in a home with an experienced individual who can help build his confidence and trust. With a little patience and guidance, Dash is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion for years to come.

Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

More about this shelter

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
