Hoja is a spunky girl that is full of life! She loves people and is very much enjoying being loved and spoiled in her foster home. Hoja has lots of energy and would love to get outside with her humans for a run or hike.
She is a bit hesitant when meeting new people but quickly warms up to them. She likes meeting and playing with other dogs, and seems to get along with male dogs especially well. Hoja is also good with cats - although some cats might not like her playful nature. Hoja is doing really well with her potty training and is also okay being in her crate as well, but she is always very excited when her human comes home to let her out!
Hoja is very enthusiastic about going on walks and is working on her patience with it just being a walk instead of a sprint. She loves toys and is an excellent chewer, but she doesn’t chew to destroy. She can often be found bringing random objects that she can carry into the living room to add to her little collection.
She alert barks to let her humans know that someone is coming up to the house and is learning when to stop letting her humans know that she saw someone.
She is also working on not jumping up on people and has quickly come to understand the word down – she is one smart cookie! Hoja would love a home with another dog to play with, a big yard for optimal zoomies and a human with the time and patience to teach her new things and help her be the goodest girl she can be!
Hoja is available for adoption!
