Meet Tapp! My main man Tapp is a loyal little soul. He likes to have fun but he likes to have fun with YOU! With the time put in to train him, it would be well worth it. He’s so smart and distinguished. He loves his treats and his "pets" but mostly he loves to make you happy. If anyone is looking for a ride or die puppy, Tapp is your man.

Review application, set time for phone interview

Interview

Vet references and personal references verified, verify home ownership or rental and ability to adopt

Home Check

Virtual or in person

4.
Approve Application

Send out approval with information on canine, need to electronically sign. Adoption agreement. Review all aspects of the adoption agreeement

5.
Pay Fee

Adoption donation accepted, welcome letter emailed with educational information to welcome your new dog home. Transport arranged

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters receive all vetting documentation and a welcome home goodie bag for new fur friend

Northbound Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting primarily independent rescuers in rural North Western Mississippi. With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
