My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hurley, a sweet 7-year-old apricot tabby! He may be bit shy at first and hides here, but with a little coaxing he warms up. His brother he was surrendered with has already been adopted and as you can imagine he's a little stressed on is own and still trying to acclimate to a shelter environment now that he doesn't have him to snuggle up to. He tends to stay half in his hidey spot, but loves petting and will happily make you some biscuits with his paws while purring loudly. He even a happy drools while being petted! Hurley would benefit from a family who can provide a safe and quiet space for him to acclimate in, allowing him to come out on his own terms using positive reinforcement likes pets and treats. With patience and love we're sure he will blossom into a loyal, affectionate cat.
