This 1-year-old Australian Kelpie / Shepherd mix is all about fun and adventure, even if it's just bouncing around on leash walks! Delilah's favorite pastimes include leaping in excitement and rolling around in the grass, especially when it leads to belly rubs from her favorite humans. She's a pro at entertaining herself with toys and loves to hunt for frogs and snakes by the pond's edge. Delilah quickly warms up to new people with a little patience and some gentle encouragement. She would thrive in an active and involved household who can match her energy levels. With her sweet demeanor and playful antics, Delilah is sure to bring endless joy and laughter to her forever home. Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.

To be sure the long distance adoption is the right match for both the dog and family, we offer virtual video conference meeting for your new family member. Following verification and approval of your adoption application, we will arrange a professional transport of our new family member to your area. Our adoption donations range from $200-$300 depending on circumstances of the rescue dog, age, breed, etc. Professional transportation for your new family member is $150. We require a signed contract, driver's license and vet reference.

Our dogs are brought up to their new families each week! The professional transport service is certified through the USDA. Our rescue dogs can be returned to us if things don't work out. We want each adoption to be for a forever home, so we try very hard to make sure it's the right match! Video conference meetings available and encouraged.
