My story

Hi! I'm Wanda! I'm an approximately 1 year old, female, Domestic Short Haired Tabby. I was surrendered on 04/15/2024 in hopes of finding my furr ever home. I prefer to be a pamper princess and am not currently recommended with children. My adoption fee is $30. I am spayed, current on my rabies vaccination and basic boosters. I am microchipped and FIV negative. I did test positive for FELV. FELV is an auto immune disease that is transmittable only to other felines since it is a breed specific virus. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
