My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Joey is a sweet and shy Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. He loves playing with his stuffed squirrel and loves his squeaky tennis ball. He eats x2 per day. He has no aggression issues or food sensitivities. He is shy and cautious of new things, so he needs a little time to warm up to new people, dogs, and toys. A good home for Joey would be a place where the people in the home enjoy cuddling with him and/or playing with him. He loves playing fetch with his ball and also loves to play tug-of-war with this stuffed squirrel. His is housebroken and eager to please. He gets along with other small dogs and large dogs that are gentle. He avoids cats. He was close to 2 when we adopted him 3.5 years ago, so he is about 5 years old. We would love to keep Joey, but have gotten so busy, we don't get to spend time with him. Sweet Joey deserves better. With Joey will come his travel crate, leash, bowls, treats, toys and his remaining Simparica Trio doses.
