My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Herman is absolutely beautiful, the fawn coloring of his coat is stunning, not to mention his adorable ears! This sweet boy is estimated to be about 8 months old and weighs 48 pounds.

What a heartwarming and goofy personality Herman has, all rolled up into one sweet pup! He is a playful, affectionate, and wiggly baby who just wants to please you. One of our wonderful volunteers took him out on a breakfast date for a yummy McDonalds biscuit, wow, he was in heaven. Then he was off to Tractor Supply, as you can see from some of his pictures, he had fun picking out a toy and helped pick out a few toys for his friends at the rescue too, what a sweet boy! Herman was great in the car and with all the people. He is an all-around awesome pup and he's looking for a forever home where he can grow up and be loved. He likes nothing more than to lay across your lap and he has the kindest eyes that just gaze up at you. Herman can be a little submissive, so some confidence building would be wonderful for him. He will need a home where any children are at least 4 years old.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Herman would love to meet them. He may do best with a calmer dog playmate.

If you are interested in Herman and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
