My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Weezer is a very sweet and kind dog. She gets along fine with our little dog but she's indifferent to her. They don't play together. They don't fight. Our kids are teenagers and she does great with them. She seems to be more of a people person dog. She had heartworm treatment. So she was really laid back at first. She's starting to get some pep. Happy to see us when we get home. Playing with toys. Love tug a war. She's kennel trained. Demands petting attention occasionally. She walks on a leash ok. We don't walk her a lot. She does like to stay close though.

Additional adoption info

The adoption process starts with the adoption application. Once the approval process is complete, you will be notified via phone or email of your approval. Our rescue is based in Tennessee. Some of our adoptable pets will require transport to other locations so please inquire before applying for adoption. WE HAVE LOCAL PETS IN WINDSOR but not all of our pets are locally fostered

More about this rescue

We are a rescue based out of Memphis, Tennessee with fosters and chapters in various parts of the United States. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home as many homeless pets in the mid-south as we possibly can to save them from euthanasia. Their only fault...there are just too many. The euthanasia rate in this city is a staggering 79%. We watch perfectly healthy, well-adjusted pets be euthanized daily because there simply are not enough homes for them all. The solution...stronger spay/neuter laws and education but until then, these pets deserve a future too!
