Rusty is a delightful pup rescued from a challenging situation, where he had little opportunity to experience the joys of life. But don't let his past hold him back! Rusty is on a journey of rediscovery, slowly emerging and learning to trust again. One of Rusty's recent discoveries is his love for soft toys! Seeing him wag his tail and bound around with his favorite toy is a heartwarming sight that shows just how much he is embracing his newfound freedom. Like many dogs in his situation, Rusty will need patient guidance and understanding as he adjusts to his new surroundings. Potty and leash training are still on his to-do list, but with some more consistency in his life, he will catch on in no time. If you have a resident dog at home and are interested in meeting Rusty, please bring them will you for a meet and greet! Rusty is looking forward to seeing you.
