Meet Bailey! She is an approximately 10 month old, female, Great Pyr/lab mix weighing around 60 lbs. She was found on 05/03/2024 off Breezy Hill and 552 in Rockwall and never reclaimed. She has only been at the shelter a few days but has already made a few friends! If there is another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure they get along. She is shy at first, but she will warm up once she gets comfortable. She enjoys a snuggle and a warm, cozy bed. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative!

All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
