Meet Hail

Meet the gorgeous house panther named Hail. She is a year and a half and one stunning girl with her bright green eyes and sleek black fur. She is a social girl and loves to play and rough house with the other kitties. One of her favorite toys is using the cat wheel. When it’s time for Hail to settle down she likes to come for some snuggles and pets from her humans.

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered, are tested for either heartworm or FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped. The Vallejo location only handles cats.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
