Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Willie, a charming puppy with a striking coat that catches the eye. Willie's journey has been one of fortunate encounters, having experienced the warmth of not just one, but two foster homes. These experiences have enriched his life, allowing him to mingle with various people and furry friends, enhancing his social adeptness along the way.
An extroverted soul, Willie thrives on human and canine companionship, exuding a palpable affection for both. His cheerful demeanor makes him a delight to be around, spreading joy wherever he goes.
Having grown accustomed to a structured routine, Willie finds comfort in the familiarity of his kennel, using it for meals and bedtime. His potty-training progress is promising, showing a willingness to learn and adapt. Consistent training efforts will further solidify these skills, ensuring continued success.
If you're seeking a loyal companion who embraces life with enthusiasm and warmth, Willie could be the perfect match for you.
DOB: 2/11/24 26 lbs.; large breed AAR does not transport.

More about this rescue
Abandoned Animal Rescue is a no-kill dog / cat shelter located in Magnolia serving Northwest Harris and Southern Montgomery Counties in Texas. It is staffed by dedicated volunteers devoted to saving the lives of homeless and unwanted companion animals.
AAR's mission is to work towards ending pet overpopulation that results in the euthanasia of unwanted cats and dogs. We do this by providing a rescue and adoption center, by emphasizing the importance of spaying and neutering and by educating on humane animal ownership. AAR is committed to the emotional, physical, and behavioral well being of each animal in our care.
All animals surrendered to the shelter are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and wormed; dogs are tested for heartworms and, if positive, are treated.
All operating money for AAR comes from
clinic and adoption fees, donations, and fundraisers. AAR receives no government money.
