Adopted from a shelter, where the liter was surrendered by the owners at 3 months old and he did really well with my older sons therapy dog (pitbull) when we brought him home. I have socialized him with plenty of different dog breeds outside and at the park. He is not a barker and is very sweet. He is potty trained, crate trained, knows basic tricks, neutered and had his puppy shots done.
After the first month my older dog started nipping at him, stealing his food and becoming aggressive. Its gotten worse and I'm afraid my son's dog is going to hurt him. I tried to return him to the shelter but since it's been more than 30 days, they are asking for $350 to return him. I paid the shelter $300 in fees for his neutering and puppy shots. I said I didn't need my money back but couldn't pay the $350 extra to return and I'm afraid for his safety.
He is a loving boy and very smart. Great with my 5 and 7 year old at home. I can give him with his belongings if interested.
