My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stone is just a sweetheart. He spent his life kept closed in on a porch with limited to no food or water. He didn't deserve that, no dog does. Despite his unfortunate history, he remained a good boy. Stone gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. He was kept outside, so we doubt he would be house trained. Stone is very friendly, super smart, good on a leash, knows to sit on command, and is learning kennel manners. We are so happy to have rescued him, he will make somebody a great pet!

I'm Your Huckleberry Rescue, Inc. is a 501(3)(c) non profit corporation located in Pineville, MO. Incorporated in 2017 with the goal of finding permanent homes for lost, injured, abandoned and surrendered dogs and cats in Mc Donald and Newton counties. All animals are given a health check, vaccinations, heartworm test and neutered before being placed. Currently consist of a network of foster homes.
