IMMEDIATE FOSTER NEEDED!! Sweet as HONEY!! This beautiful girl was recently rescued from a high kill shelter and had emergency life saving surgery. Her uterus was twisted which cause infection, swelling, lots of pain and other life threatening conditions. She has fully recuperated and is now a healthy, happy girl that needs a loving family. We desperately need a foster home until we can find her forever home. She is also available for adoption. Honey is approx 6 years old and currently weighs 52lbs. She is still very skinny after her ordeal so she needs to gain about 8-10lbs. Honey is very sweet tempered and she is a little on the timid side so we are looking for a calm energy home with gentle, loving people to help nurture this wonderful girl and bring her back to a place of confidence and healthy weight. She seems to be just fine with other animals but we are hoping to find a home with no other animals so she will receive all the love and attention. She is a quiet, gentle girl and although she’s great with all people, kids must ge over 12yrs old. She must have a 5ft or higher securely fenced yard. She will arrive in the Tacoma area early evening, Sunday May 5. Can we put something together for her right away so she has a place to lay her head? Otherwise, she will go into boarding until we find her a home. During foster, all supplies are provided.
