Meet the Pet
This helps New Leash on Life Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Introducing the 7 plant pups! (YAY Spring!
Next up, we have: sweet miss PJ! She is the second of the 6 girls (Poppy, Celosia, Aspen, Azalea, and Clover) in this litter (Ash is the only boy). They came from a crowded shelter in Texas where they were at risk. We believe they may be some sort of lab mix, but really your guess is as good as ours! All 7 pups are approaching 4 months old and all weigh roughly 25-35 lbs, so they will be fairly good sized as adults!
With this crew now being 4 months old, we are wanting to get them into their own homes so they can each learn how to live without their siblings. We’d of course prefer adoptive homes …but a separate foster home would be great as well!
Here’s a bit more on PJ:
female
LOVES to play outside + with lots of fun toys!
sleeps in a crate at night [currently with her siblings, so may need a little transition time learning to sleep alone]
loves other dogs, including the large high-energy male dog in her current foster home!
a bouncy, lovable girl
adores humans (kiddos, too!)
treat-motivated + anxious to learn
working hard on potty-training & doing great on a consistent routine (because the pups have not been separated, they’ve not yet been fully housebroken…it’s quite hard to simultaneously potty-train 7 pups! )
sweet, snuggly, + super adorable
**PJ’s $250 adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines to date, and microchip.
If you’re interested in adoption (or fostering!), please private message us or APPLY HERE if you haven’t yet: https://newleashdogrescue.com
