Hi there, I’m Penny!
Are you looking for a furry friend who’s full of love and wagging tails? Look no further! I’m a 4-month-old pup with a heart of gold and a blend of breeds that makes me one-of-a-kind. I’ve got the sunny disposition of a Yellow Labrador and the smarts of an Australian Cattle Dog. My siblings and I are a friendly bunch, and we’re all about giving kisses and cuddles.
We were brought to the pound not too long ago, but don’t let that fool you – we’re the friendliest “strays” you’ll ever meet. It’s likely we had a home before, because we just love people so much! We’re great with other dogs and puppies here at the rescue, and while we haven’t met any cats yet, I’m young enough to learn to be their friend too.
I’m spayed, up-to-date on my vaccinations, and I even come with a microchip. So, I’m all set to join your family and fill your home with joy. My sisters might look like they have some Shepherd in them, but I promise you, we all have the same amount of love to give.

WE DO NOT TAKE OWNER SURRENDERS - If you are looking to surrender a dog, take them to the county animal control in the county you reside in. That is where we get all of our dogs we are trying to save.
