ROMAN is a sweet lovable pup that is full of energy. He loves to play with his siblings but can sit quietly to be loved on and petted with his humans. At just 3 months old she has been spayed and is up to date on her shots and worming. He is ready and waiting for his Forever Home and New Family.

ICARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to compassionate animal care and alleviating animal suffering. It was established in 2002 and quickly gained momentum, holding a significant public meeting in April 2003, featuring a guest speaker from the Humane Society of Independence County. This meeting led to the election of officers and a Board of Directors.

Today, ICARE operates entirely on the strength of volunteers. These dedicated individuals in Izard County work tirelessly to support the organization’s mission, providing care and relief to animals in need.
