Meet Lulu, the resilient and loving mother who recently welcomed a litter of precious puppies after being rescued from a shelter in South Carolina. Lulu's story is one of hope, perseverance, and the enduring power of maternal love.

Lulu's journey began in the confines of a shelter, where her future was uncertain. But fate had other plans for this courageous canine. With a gentle soul and a heart full of longing, she captured the hearts of her rescuers, who saw her potential for a brighter tomorrow.

Now, nestled in the safety and warmth of a caring foster home, Lulu has blossomed into the devoted mother she was always meant to be. With each tender lick and nurturing embrace, she cares for her newborn puppies with unwavering devotion, her maternal instincts guiding her every move.

Lulu's transformation from shelter dog to loving mother is a testament to the transformative power of love and compassion. Through her journey, she reminds us that every dog, regardless of their past, deserves a chance at happiness and a loving home.

As Lulu and her puppies embark on this new chapter together, they serve as a beacon of hope for rescue animals everywhere. Their story inspires us to open our hearts and homes to those in need, knowing that love has the power to heal even the deepest wounds.

Join Lulu and her precious puppies as they navigate the joys and challenges of family life, their bond growing stronger with each passing day. Together, let us celebrate the resilience of these incredible animals and the limitless capacity of love to transform lives.

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
